Balance is a lightweight iOS app focused on recording and managing social transaction ledgers (gifts, loans, etc.), helping users quickly log each transaction and view clear details and statistics. By using this app, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Payment

Balance offers a lifetime membership (¥28) for permanent access. Members enjoy advanced features like batch entry and data export. Non-members can use basic features such as single entry, contact management, custom events, and data import for free.

3. Data Security & Privacy

All data is stored locally on your device and can be synced via iCloud. The developer does not collect, store, or upload any of your ledger data.

4. Disclaimer

This app is for personal ledger management only. The developer is not responsible for any loss caused by data loss or misuse. Please back up your data regularly.

5. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced in-app or on the official website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
