LoopCare Privacy Policy
Last Updated: Jan 11, 2026
Introduction
LoopCare is maintained by a solo developer. This policy explains how the app and the developer handle your data when you use LoopCare. In short: the developer does not collect, sell, or separately store your personal data.
Data Collection & Storage
1. iCloud SyncLoopCare uses Apple CloudKit to sync tasks, logs, and settings across your devices via your secure iCloud account. - All app data (tasks, history, preferences) is stored only on your device and your personal iCloud container. - The developer cannot access your iCloud data. It is encrypted by Apple and only you can access it.
2. No Tracking AnalyticsThe developer does not use any third-party analytics (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) to track your in-app behavior. Even anonymous usage data is not treated as a product asset to collect. Your habits and routines are part of your privacy.
3. Purchase RecordsIf you purchase LoopCare Pro, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple App Store. The developer does not process or store your credit card or billing details, only the receipt status needed to unlock Pro features.
Data Usage
The data you enter in LoopCare is only used for app functionality: - Calculating next due dates. - Sending local notifications. - Displaying your history.
Third-Party Services
Apple iCloud: Used for data sync. See Apple's privacy policy for details.
Your Rights
Because the developer does not store your data on private servers, you retain full control: - Access & correction: View and edit all data directly in the app. - Deletion: Deleting tasks or uninstalling the app removes data from your device. Manage your iCloud data via iPhone Settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> Manage Storage.
