Introduction

LitePDF is maintained by a solo developer. As an offline-first PDF tool, the core design philosophy is to keep your document data on your device.

Data Processing Principles

1. Local Processing

All core features of LitePDF (conversion, editing, OCR, encryption, and more) are performed locally on your iOS device. The developer does not upload your PDF files or images to any server for processing.

2. No Content Collection

The developer cannot access, view, or store the content of any documents you process. Your files exist only in your device storage or in paths you choose to save to.

Permissions Usage

Camera: Used only for "Scan to PDF" feature.
Photo Library: Used only to import images or save exported images.

Data Collection

The developer collects only minimal non-personal information to improve the app: - Crash logs: provided by Apple to help fix bugs. - Transaction status: handled by App Store to verify your Pro subscription.

Third-Party Services

The developer does not currently integrate any third-party analytics or ad tracking SDKs. Transaction services rely entirely on Apple's StoreKit framework.
